Planning applications fall 11.7% in England
The data shows that planning decisions are still falling short of the level councils saw before the pandemic, where applications hit a record low due to restrictions on local authorities by Covid.

Applications for planning permission have fallen 11.7% in the first three months of this compared with the year prior, according to data obtained by the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB).
