Annual rate of UK house price growth doubles to 15.5% in one month
The data found that the UK average house price for July 2022 was £292,000, up from £286,000 in June 2022 and £39,000 higher than this time last year.
The UK average house price has increased by 15.5% over the year to July 2022, up from 7.8% in June 2022, according to the Office of National Statistics (ONS).
