Amro hits £1bn transaction milestone with BTR acquisition
The site has been purchased subject to planning, with development work scheduled to commence on site in early 2024 and the completed property opening in 2026.

Amro Partners has acquired a 200,00sq ft office building in Sutton for its next build-to-rent (BTR) project for an undisclosed sum, taking the company’s total transaction volume since inception in 2012 to over £1bn.
