Clanmil Housing to raise £100m for new homes
Clanmil also plans to have provided a further 1,400 ‘much-needed, high-quality’ homes by 2026, as well as invest in maintaining and upgrading existing homes to ensure they are energy-efficient
Clanmil Housing, a housing association providing more than 5,600 social and affordable homes throughout Northern Ireland, has announced its first private £100m placement investment from three UK and North American investors.
