Chancerygate granted permission for Manchester logistics development
The development will be called Bridgewater Point and will comprise 16 units ranging from 5,000sq ft to 13,000 sq ft units on the 5.6-acre site

Chancerygate and Northwood Investors have reportedly been granted planning permission for a 130,340sq ft Grade-A last-mile urban logistics space, which is to be speculatively built at Trafford Park in Manchester.
