Vistry to build 265 new homes in place of Sunderland’s old Civic Centre
The proposal will see that a selection of one to four bedroom houses will be built on the site to increase the availability of new housing close to Sunderland city centre
Vistry Partnerships North East reportedly plans to demolish Sunderland’s old Civic Centre for a £62m project, which will deliver 265 new homes, as well as public open spaces, cycling and pedestrian lines.
