Knight Frank, led by their public sector advisory team, has been selected by Homes England as an advisor for Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Homes England Property and Financial Professional Services Framework.
As a supplier on Lot 1, Knight Frank will provide a full range of property professional and technical services to Homes England and other public bodies, including supporting acquisition and disposal activity; and providing estate management, investment, appraisal, compliance, asset valuation and project management services.
