Persimmon completes Cornwall land deal for housing development
Plans for the site include the addition of 404 new homes, which will offer a mix of one to four-bedroom homes available in detached, semi-detached and terraced properties
Persimmon Homes has completed the purchase of the site at Clodgey Lane in Helston, South Cornwall, for a housing development that could provide 404 new homes, with 101 properties to be made available to a local housing association partner.
