Landsec falls to £192m loss in H1
The company’s total accounting return decreased by 2.9%, which is said to reflect a ‘softening’ of London yields due to rising interest rates
Real estate investment trust company Landsec has revealed a loss before tax of £192m for the half-year, with growth in earnings offset by market yield shit, compared to the group’s £275m in profits for 2021.
