Colliers advises Cubex on pre-let of new 155,000 sq ft warehouse
The Industrial and Logistics team advised on the acquisition of the site for Cubex and secured a pre-let to Owens Group, a third-party logistics provider, on a new 15 year lease
Colliers has secured a pre-let and forward funding of Link115 in Monmouthshire, a 155,000 sq ft Grade A logistics scheme, on behalf of Cubex.
