Civitas NAV rises 6% in H1
Over the period, its net rental income rose by 6% to £26.6m, while it also reported net rental uplifts from indexation of 6.0%, compared to 2.4% in the year to 31 March 2022

Civitas, a care-based and healthcare REIT and social housing group, has seen its NAV per share rise by 5.8% to 114.8p in its half-year results, as its investment property valuation hit £999.5m in the six months ended 31 September 2022.
