Propertymark launches Calm about Compliance service
Due to regulations being sporadically updated and often contradictory in nature, enforcement of standards is on the increase which comes with fines for agents
Propertymark has announced it is launching a service called ‘Calm about Compliance’, which will see the regulator’s auditors work alongside agents at their offices.
