Help to Buy extended for two years in Wales
The Welsh government will also be introducing a new price cap of £300k from April 2023, in line with increases in average house prices in the region
Estate agents organisation Propertymark reports that the Help to Buy scheme will be extended until March 2025, as the current phase is set to close for applications at the end of March 2023.
