Derwent London to sell EC1 freehold for £54m
The building is currently occupied by the London College of Accountancy on a lease expiring in August 2025 at a passing rent of £2.6m per annum
Derwent London has announced that it has exchanged contracts with the intention to sell its 63,170 sq ft freehold interest in 19 Charterhouse Street, London EC1, for £54m before costs.
