Letting agent qualifications drive up standards, CIH report finds
Such qualifications include the PropertymarkLevel 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, which are leading accepted qualifications
Some 87% of letting agents who had undertaken a qualification said it had a positive impact on their professional capabilities, according to a report commissioned by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
