Vistry to see FY22 profits rise despite housebuilding forward sales dip
It comes as it hailed the ‘transformational acquisition’ of Countryside Partnerships which was completed on 11 November 2022
Housebuilder Vistry Group expects its FY22 adjusted profit before tax to increase by c. 21% to c.£418m (FY21: £346.0m), despite experiencing a dip in housebuilding forward sales.
