Lendlease submits plans for £3.5bn Silvertown development
The development will embrace its dockside location and over five acres of water will be central to the new neighbourhood, with canal walkways, a paddle board club and new bridges
Lendlease has revealed a new planning application for the Silvertown site in the London Borough of Newham has been submitted following an “extensive” consultation process with local residents and businesses.
The plans will see a new diverse neighbourhood that will feature around 6,500 new homes with 50% affordable housing, alongside a vibrant new centre for the Royal Docks.
