PBSA investment hits ‘record’ £7.2bn in 2022
Knight Frank’s annual Student Property Report found that just under £3.1bn was invested into the UK's PBSA market in the first nine months of 2022
Investment into the UK’s Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector reached a record £7.2bn in 2022, marking an increase of 69% year-on-year, and “well above” the long-term five-year average of £4.1bn, Knight Frank has said.
