Chancerygate to build £25m logistics development in Nottingham
Construction and work on the site is expected to begin early during the second quarter of 2023
Chancerygate has been granted planning permission for 98,000 sq ft of Grade A trade counter and urban logistics space in Colwick, Nottingham at a value of around £25m.
