House prices remain flat in Jan after four months of decline
According to Halifax, the pace of annual growth has continued to slow, hitting +1.9%, down from +2.1% in December, which is the lowest level recorded over the last three years
UK house prices have seen some stability at the start of 2023, with the average house price remaining largely unchanged in January at £281,684, according to the latest Halifax House Price Index.
