Bridgend Council approves plans to tackle empty properties
The scheme will be fully operational from 1 April 2023; however, the Welsh Government launched the scheme on 30 January 2023 to allow applications to be made prior to the start of the new financial year
Bridgend County Borough Council’s cabinet has approved plans for the authority to join Welsh government’s ‘National Empty Properties’ scheme.
