Co-location sites to feature over 30,000 London homes, report finds

According to the report, local planning authorities in London have so far authorised 22,622 new dwellings as part of Co-Location projects since 2019, and 7,749 more are currently being processed

More than 30,371 new homes and around 4m sq ft of employment land are set to be developed in London on co-location sites combining residential and industrial use, according to planning consultancy Turley.
