CMA greenlights Capco and Shaftesbury merger
Capco and Shaftesbury have also confirmed that the CMA condition has been satisfied and that the merger is now expected to be completed on 6 March 2023
Capco and Shaftesbury have welcomed the CMA’s announcement that, following its Phase One review, it has unconditionally cleared the recommended all-share £3.5bn merger of the two companies.
