Newbuilds to save homeowners over £3k in energy bills
More than half of respondents to a recent survey (53%) stated that lower utility bills and running costs due to increased energy efficiency would encourage them to buy a new home

New research from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) has found that from April, new build houses will save owners an average of over £3,000 in annual energy costs.
