Catalyst and GLA exchange contracts over St Ann’s development
A hybrid planning application was submitted in July last year following extensive community involvement, and planning consent was granted last December for almost 1,000 new homes
Catalyst, part of the Peabody Group, and the GLA have officially exchanged contracts on a development agreement regarding plans to transform St Ann’s in South Tottenham.
