Crest Nicholson has launched four bedroom show homes and five bedroom view homes at its Montague Point development in Warwick. The four-bedroom show home, The Marlborough, is a traditional double fronted property that is split across two storeys. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining area, as well as a separate large living room with direct access onto the private garden through double French doors. The ground floor also includes a utility room, a storage cupboard and WC, with a hallway providing access to the central living areas. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, with the first benefiting from an en suite shower room, and a fitted wardrobe, whilst the remaining three bedrooms share a well-proportioned family bathroom. Meanwhile the five-bedroom view home, The Windsor, is a sizeable three storey family home with two bathrooms, study, separate utility room and substantial living spaces. The open plan kitchen, dining and family room features French doors which open out into the rear garden. Bay windows provide elegance, interest and light. The main bedroom includes extra features such as an en suite shower room and dressing area.
