Warehouse REIT disposals hit £54.7m in H2
Two recent disposals, in addition to the £13.9m of sales announced in its last half-year results, have been boosted by a further £11.3m of smaller asset sales
Warehouse REIT has reported its total H2 disposals have hit £54.7m after it recently concluded the sale of two distribution estates totalling 269,000 per sq ft for a total of £29.5m.
