Planning permission for new housing falls to ‘record low’, warns HBF
Its latest report found that the number of housing projects granted planning permission in Q4 fell below 3,000 for the first time since its data began in 2006
Planning permission for new home sites has fallen to a record low and is set to decline even further, according to the latest Housing Pipeline Report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
