Workspace welcomes ‘resilient’ customer demand in Q4
The work space operator also reported a good conversion of demand into new lettings, as 341 new lettings completed in the quarter, with a total rental value of £8.3m per annum
Workspace has welcomed “resilient” levels of customer demand in its fourth quarter of trading, with enquiries averaging 932 per month, and like-for-like occupancy stable at 89.1% against last year’s 89.2%.
