Chancerygate submits plans for £12m Chichester logistics space
The 1.9-acre site, which was formerly a Southern Gas Networks storage site, is located off Terminus Road approximately two miles south of Chichester town centre
Chancerygate has submitted plans to speculatively build 41,200 ft of Grade A urban logistics and industrial space in Chichester with a gross development value of roughly £12m.
