Grainger rental income up 12% in H1

The group reported a 98.5% occupancy rate in its PRS portfolio at the end of March, which is up from 98.1% in HY22

Grainger has revealed that its net rental income increased by 12% in the six months ended 31 March, while its adjusted earnings rose 2% to £47.1m, which led the UK-based residential landlord to increase its dividend per share by 10%.
