Workspace falls to £38m FY loss as valuations slip
The office space provider said that while property valuation was ‘resilient’ at £2.7bn, it still slipped by 3.2% from 31 March 2022
Workspace has fallen to a loss before tax of £37.5m in FY23, down from a profit of £124.0m the prior year, as the group was hit by a fall in property valuation.
